On April 18 at 10AM, Officer McChesney responded to South 5th Street and Warren Street on a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. Officer McChesney observed that an unknown actor threw a rock through the back window of the vehicle. At the time of this report, video footage had not yet been obtained.
