On 12/22/2022 at approximately 2120 hours HPD was dispatched to the Area of Gina’s Pizzeria (503 Frank E Rodgers Blvd) on a report of an armed robbery. Dispatch further advised HPD that the suspect vehicle fled South on Frank E Rodgers Blvd. The victim stated he was standing outside of his vehicle on Frank E Rodgers Blvd and Davis Street when a black SUV stopped next to him. Two black males emerged from the passenger seat of the SUV and approached the victim on foot. One suspect brandished a handgun and told the victim to give him everything he had. Kearny PD had a similar robbery of a delivery driver in the area of 271 Hickory Street The victim described the suspect vehicle as a black SUV Acura. This incident is currently being investigated.
