Parking Permit Forms

The following are ways in which you can submit the permit for processing:

  1. Print out the form, fill it out and bring it to the police Department.
  2. Print and complete the parking permit form, then scan and email it to Parking Permit. You can also use this email address to ask any questions related to parking permits.

Resident Parking Sticker Placement

  1. Remove all stickers from previous years.
  2. Place the sticker above the vehicle’s Inspection Sticker on your front windshield.

*If your sticker is placed in a location other than where it is required, it might not be seen by a Harrison Parking Enforcement Officer & a summons will be issued.
